Robert Brown visits Universal Connections Christmas Fair

Robert Brown today visited Rutherglen Universal Connections Christmas Fair and met with staff and young people.

Robert Brown said:
“I have always admired the work done by Universal Connections with local children and young people. They have a tremendous programme of activities and I was glad to see a good turn out for the Christmas Fair, despite the weather.

Youth facilities like Universal Connections help to make sure that young people get the best start in life and can make the most of their talents. In difficult financial times, this has to be an absolutely top priority.”
